The company began preparation in 2013 and covers 350 mu, with cumulative investment of RMB 1.017 billion. It is the Group's main production base for dye intermediates, reactive dyes and digital inks. It has built an industry-leading intelligent and digital central control room and currently operates projects with annual capacities of 30,000 tons of dye intermediates, 20,000 tons of reactive dyes and 5,000 tons of digital inks. Through systematic technological upgrades and lean management, Yantai ANOKY is rapidly growing into a modern fine chemical base integrating intelligence, greenness and intensification, strengthening the raw material and technology foundation for the Group's high-quality development.
Relying on long-term strategic R&D cooperation with Tsinghua University, Tianjin University, Shandong University of Technology and other universities, the Yantai ANOKY project applies multiple new technological achievements and forms clear technical advantages. In production, it realizes mechanized solid silo feeding, automated interlock control for hazardous processes, continuous operation for some batch processes and energy-saving spray drying. In three-wastes treatment, it adopts advanced technologies such as activated carbon adsorption and regeneration using U.S. and Japanese technologies, IC anaerobic treatment, MVR, membrane treatment and exhaust gas adsorption/desorption. It has also completed continuous mechanization and control automation upgrades for dye and intermediate projects, promoting full-process intelligent operation from raw material feeding and ratio reaction control to product transfer and packaging. Through technology integration, the project achieves a leap in productivity and quality.
