Project Construction

In recent years, the company has accelerated its intelligent upgrades and technological transformations. Among them, the capacity expansion project for the dye after-treatment workshop has achieved remarkable results. The total workshop capacity will increase to 50,000 tons/year, meeting the refined production requirements of nearly 200 products. The adopted virgin pulp spray drying process, with its short process flow and high thermal efficiency, serves as a key link in reducing carbon emissions and consumption in production. The automated packaging line renovation project has been fully completed and put into operation, realizing full-process automated operations from quantitative filling and sealing to labeling, boxing, and palletizing, significantly improving production efficiency and product uniformity.

Dye After-Treatment Workshop Project – Automated Packaging Line: Intelligent Manufacturing Upgrade for Quality and Efficiency

8 fully automated packaging lines have been added, equipped with a series of advanced automation equipment. From quantitative filling and sealing of dyes to labeling, boxing, and palletizing, all processes are fully automated. These lines adopt currently industry-leading technology, enabling precise control of packaging dosage, effectively ensuring product packaging consistency, and reducing errors and quality fluctuations caused by manual operations.

In terms of efficiency, the automated packaging speed has increased several times, enabling rapid response to market orders and shortening the cycle from production to delivery. This allows us to meet customer needs more promptly, especially during peak sales seasons, effectively avoiding delivery delays due to packaging bottlenecks, and providing strong support for the sales team's market expansion.

Technology R&D

The R&D technology center at the Dongying ANOKY production base is equipped with professional quality testing, performance analysis, and technical support laboratories focusing on dye production and application. Centering on dye after-treatment and finished product full-index testing, it provides scientific basis for quality control, process optimization, and application guidance. It mainly conducts quality control and color matching R&D for disperse dyes for microfiber, high-wash disperse dyes, high-alkali-resistant disperse dyes, environmentally friendly disperse dyes, and ultra-micro environmentally friendly liquid dyes, and can customize personalized application solutions and efficient process routes. It has successively obtained international quality system certification and also passed the bluesign certification.

The technology center laboratory is equipped with a complete set of internationally advanced equipment and professional instruments including a tenter, dyeing machine, colorimeter, digital rotational viscometer, particle size analyzer, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, high-temperature resistant testing equipment, and a full range of fastness testers. Relying on standardized testing procedures and a professional technical team, it provides key technical support for quality control of dye production, technology R&D, and market competitiveness enhancement.
