1. Technology Integration and Compliant Operation Build a Solid Environmental Foundation
Technical support: Relying on the Group's dye production and management technologies, and integrating advanced overseas production and pollution control technologies, the company ensures dye product quality reaches advanced domestic and international levels while controlling pollution at a low level from the production source, forming a core advantage of technology-enabled pollution reduction.
Compliance closed loop: All production projects have completed environmental impact assessment approvals and environmental acceptance, such as the 12,000-ton disperse dye project (Lu Huan Shen [2009] No. 184, Lu Huan Yan [2011] No. 139) and the 25,000-ton disperse dye expansion project (Dong Huan Jian Shen [2012] No. 1004, Dong Huan He Fen Yan [2016] No. 073). Quality optimization and packaging automation renovation projects in 2024-2025 have also obtained EIA approvals, forming a full-process closed loop of project construction, environmental acceptance, and compliant operation.


2. All-Factor Digital Control Covering the Entire Pollution Chain

Strictly following the environmental policy of "source reduction, process control, end-of-pipe treatment, and recycling," the company implements full-process and all-factor digital control across five areas: waste gas, wastewater, noise, solid waste, and environmental risk, avoiding control blind spots and ensuring pollution treatment is traceable and monitorable.


3. Efficient Treatment by Segment, with Precise and Compliant Emission Indicators

1. Waste gas treatment: Multi-technology adaptation for precise emission control
Treatment solutions are customized for different pollution-generating scenarios to ensure stable compliance of pollutants:
Post-treatment workshop: a dual-technology combination of "cyclone + bag dust removal" and "water scrubber" is used to control particulate matter at not more than 10 mg/m3;
Wastewater station: an "activated carbon adsorption + two-stage alkaline spraying" process is used to control odor concentration at not more than 800 (dimensionless), addressing odor issues during wastewater treatment.
2. Wastewater treatment: Standardized collection and compliant discharge
A "classified collection - centralized treatment" system has been established. The integrated wastewater treatment station has a monthly capacity of 60-100 m3, and treated wastewater strictly complies with the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB 8978-1996), avoiding disorderly wastewater discharge.
3. Noise control: Combined noise reduction performs better than standards
A three-in-one control solution of "inlet and outlet silencing equipment + vibration-damping pads + soundproof enclosures" is adopted, with plant-boundary noise controlled at not more than 55 dB(A) during the day and not more than 46 dB(A) at night, better than the requirements of the "Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary" (GB 12348-2008), reducing acoustic disturbance to the surrounding environment.
4. Solid waste management: Intelligent control with 100% harmless treatment and resource utilization
Hardware support: a 224.7 m2 specialized hazardous waste warehouse has been built, with an annual turnover capacity of 300 t and an intelligent hazardous waste weighing system, enabling intelligent warehousing and full-process traceability;
Disposal efficiency: 100% of hazardous waste is entrusted to qualified organizations for harmless disposal, and the comprehensive solid waste utilization rate increased to 100% in 2025, achieving the goals of reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization.


4. High-Standard Environmental Risk Prevention and Control to Prevent Risk Spillover

Hardware protection: The tank-area cofferdam has an anti-seepage grade of P8, the highest anti-seepage grade, and a 2,800 m3 emergency accident pool has been built to collect 100% of plant accident wastewater, preventing leakage or external discharge pollution;
System coordination: A three-level prevention and control system of workshop level, plant level, and park level has been established, with real-time linkage to relevant platforms of the Hekou District government to enable rapid risk response and disposal and ensure stable coordination between production and environmental protection.


5. Continuous Environmental Investment During Project Iteration

Environmental investment is prioritized during capacity upgrades and process optimization:
The 2012 25,000-ton disperse dye expansion project had a total investment of RMB 173.4084 million, including RMB 17 million in environmental protection investment, accounting for nearly 10%;
The 2025 packaging line automation renovation project, with a total investment of RMB 8 million, reduces pollution risks from manual operation by adding vacuum feeding, ABB robots, and other equipment, while improving environmental control efficiency.
