New environmentally friendly carrier CNS
Environmentally friendly raw materials are selected and an odorless and environmentally friendly carrier CNS is prepared through an emulsification process. The influence of carrier dosage, dyeing time, dyeing temperature and other factors on polyester dyeing depth in the dyeing process of different disperse dyes was discussed. The optimized application process is: CNS 4%~6% (omf), dyeing temperature 100~110℃, dyeing time 60~90 min. Comparing the effects with similar products on the market, the results show that this product has the advantages of high coloring rate, high temperature setting and no irritating smell. Polyester dyeing includes high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing, hot-melt dyeing and carrier dyeing. During carrier dyeing, plasticizers are used to reduce the glass transition temperature of polyester fibers and achieve low-temperature (100°C) dyeing. Currently, the carriers used on the market are generally aromatic compounds containing ester groups. This structure can play an obvious plasticizing effect, but this type of material has a certain degree of toxicity and will produce a pungent taste during the high-temperature setting process. Environmentally friendly carriers studied in recent years mainly include esters, ethers and amides, but most of them are still derivatives of benzene.
The new environmentally friendly carrier CNS is non-toxic and odorless, has a good plasticizing effect on polyester fibers, and is suitable for carrier dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics.
