The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has recently officially issued the *Plan for Green and Low-Carbon Industrial Development during the "15th Five-Year Plan" Period*. A notice regarding this issuance has been distributed to the competent departments of industry and information technology across all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, cities with independent planning status, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps; to communications administrations in all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities; and to relevant central enterprises, ministry-affiliated units, and departments within the MIIT. The notice requires all relevant entities to effectively implement the plan in light of their specific circumstances.
