Yantai ANOKY takes "full-process, all-factor, and digitalized" management as its core, forming multidimensional advantages in waste gas, wastewater, noise, solid waste, and environmental risk prevention and control. Key highlights are as follows:
1. All-Factor Digital Control Covering the Entire Pollution ChainA full-process control system covering five areas, waste gas, wastewater, noise, solid waste, and environmental risk, has been established, enabling visualized and traceable management from source to end treatment and avoiding control blind spots.
2. Efficient Treatment by Segment, with Emission Indicators Better Than Standards
(1) Waste gas treatment: "one plant, one policy" plus multi-technology combinations deliver significant emission reductions
A total of 18 high-efficiency treatment units have been built, reducing VOCs by 480 t and NOx by 65 t annually. Differentiated technologies are customized for different workshops, such as "resin adsorption / desorption and condensation recovery" in Workshop 4 to control dioxins at not more than 0.05 ng-TEQ/m
3; two-stage condensation plus paraffin absorption in Workshop 8 to control odor concentration at not more than 200 (dimensionless); "three-stage water washing + activated carbon adsorption" in Workshop 10 to control methanol at not more than 30 mg/m
3; combined SNCR+SCR denitrification for activated carbon regeneration; and acid-base separation + photocatalysis + activated carbon for tank areas and wastewater stations to control H2S at not more than 0.5 mg/m

New technologies added in 2026 will further strengthen emission reduction: the reduction-material workshop will adopt "alkali washing + water washing + dehumidification + activated carbon" dual-tower series treatment, 100% of hydrogen-production desorption gas will enter the heat-conducting oil boiler for combustion, and the heat-conducting oil furnace will use "low-NOx burner + flue gas recirculation" to control NOx at not more than 50 mg/m

(2) Wastewater treatment: "quality-based treatment + graded reuse" enables efficient water recycling
The integrated wastewater treatment station has a capacity of 2 x 500 m
3/d, with effluent meeting Grade A of the "Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewers," reducing COD by 210 t and ammonia nitrogen by 18 t annually;
High-salinity and high-COD wastewater achieves a salt recovery rate of at least 92% through "activated carbon adsorption + MVR evaporation and crystallized salt recovery"; cyanide-containing wastewater is treated through "two-stage ozone catalytic oxidation + biological enhancement" to control CN- at not more than 0.1 mg/L;
After treatment, 60% of integrated wastewater is reused as circulating cooling water makeup, greatly reducing fresh water consumption.
(3) Noise and solid waste: low disturbance and high utilization support both surroundings and resource recycling
Noise control adopts a combination of "low-noise equipment + vibration-damping foundations + soundproof enclosures + silencers," with plant-boundary noise controlled at not more than 55 dB(A) during the day and not more than 45 dB(A) at night, better than the Class 3 area limits of the "Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary";
A 1,200 m2 intelligent hazardous waste warehouse has been built, with an annual turnover capacity of 1,500 t and an RFID full-process traceability system. Hazardous waste is disposed of harmlessly at 100%, and the comprehensive utilization rate reached 98.7% in 2025.
3. High-Standard Environmental Risk Prevention and Control to Secure the Safety Baseline
Hardware support: the tank area has an anti-seepage grade of P8, and the 2,760 m
3 emergency accident pool can collect all plant accident wastewater within 10 minutes;
System coordination: a three-level prevention and control system of workshop level, plant level, and park level has been established, with real-time linkage to the emergency platform of Penglai Chemical Industrial Park to prevent risk spillover.
4. Policy and Funding Recognition Reflecting Industry Benchmark Status
In 2025, the "Waste Gas Treatment Facility Upgrade Project" passed the review for central air pollution prevention and control funding and was approved for RMB 5.6 million, marking national-level recognition of its treatment technologies and results.
5. Continuous High Investment to Strengthen Treatment Capabilities
During the 2026 construction of the "10,000 t/year reduction-material project," an additional environmental investment of RMB 12 million is expected, ensuring pollution treatment for the new project is implemented simultaneously with production.
