Printing and dyeing equipment: obvious progress, but problems still exist
On May 28, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology held a national industrial system work meeting on eliminating backward production capacity, requiring that by the end of 2011, the 74-type dyeing and finishing production line, intermittent dyeing equipment with a liquor ratio greater than 1:10, backward models of printing machines and hot-melt dyeing machines, and backward production process equipment with high energy and water consumption should be eliminated before the end of 2011. As the country has formulated more stringent energy conservation and emission reduction targets, 25% of the printing and dyeing equipment exhibited at this year's Textile Machinery Exhibition. Technology and equipment have improved significantly, as shown in the fact that printing and dyeing production is changing the traditional extensive processing model and gradually integrating with high and new technologies such as information technology, biotechnology, and automation technology; the development and application of new printing and dyeing process technologies such as high-efficiency short process and airflow dyeing not only increase the added value of printing and dyeing products, but also save resources and reduce pollution; low liquor ratio and low energy consumption equipment in the printing and dyeing industry are gradually increasing. The improved level and precision of equipment automation control not only improves the quality of textiles, but also improves resource utilization and reduces pollutant emissions.
But the industry still faces many problems. Although "energy saving and emission reduction, water saving and consumption reduction" have become the mainstream consensus in the printing and dyeing industry in recent years, most printing and dyeing enterprises still have insufficient investment in energy saving and emission reduction, and the adoption rate of advanced technology and equipment is still low.
At the same time, the protection of intellectual property rights in the textile machinery industry also needs to receive more attention. In addition, there are still problems with the long service life and low technical level of some dyeing and finishing equipment. The automation level of domestic equipment still lags behind the international advanced level. There is still a lot of room for improvement in the overall equipment level of my country's printing and dyeing industry.
